What does $1,000 a year include?
The initial three-page website, managed hosting, HTTPS, basic maintenance, and up to 30 minutes of small content edits per month. We use your supplied logo, photos, business details, and copy, with light editing and one consolidated design revision before launch.
What counts as a small edit?
Changes to existing text, photos, business hours, or service details. The 30 minutes are a monthly total and do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, custom features, ecommerce, and extensive copywriting are quoted separately before work begins.
What costs are separate?
You own and pay for your domain directly. Business email, paid booking tools, premium assets, advertising, and other optional third-party subscriptions are separate. We confirm any required costs and hosting needs before you commit. This package is for a standard business website, not a custom web application.
How do payments and renewal work?
The first year is $500 to book and $500 after approval, before launch. Your 12-month hosting and care term starts at launch. Renewal is $1,000 for the following year, confirmed and invoiced before the term ends. There is no automatic charge or monthly payment plan.
What if I do not renew?
Tell us before your term ends. Hosting and included edits end with the paid term. Once the first-year balance is paid, we can hand over your website source files so you can arrange hosting elsewhere. Your domain stays in your name. Third-party tools keep their own license terms.
How soon can my site go live?
We aim to launch within seven business days after the deposit, content, and required access are received. We confirm your production slot before payment. Delayed materials or additional scope can change the schedule.
